Residential Support Worker

Are you looking for a new and rewarding career where you can support children in a residential setting?
Are you a caring individual and think that you could support children with learning & physical disabilities and challenging behaviour?
Are you able to work late shifts with occasional sleep ins?

If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you as a Residential Support Worker based in Rickmansworth.

Your duties will include:

– Working full time. General shift pattern 2pm till 10pm then possible sleep
– Supporting children up to the age of 18 with learning & physical disabilities and challenging behaviour in a residential setting
– Recording observations and maintaining up to date files
– Keeping the young people safe, by making visual checks on the young people in line with their Placement Plan and Risk Assessment

In return for being a Residential Support Worker you will receive full training and supported to complete your NVQ Level 3, working for a fantastic national charity.
