Deputy Home Manager

Are you a manager who has a passion to support people? I am currently looking for a deputy home manager who can provide leadership and management of a children’s home where you will support the registered manager and oversee and ensure the delivery of high quality therapeutic care to young people.

– To take a lead in the development and implementation of the young person’s Quality of Life Plan across the integrated services.

– To provide co-ordination and leadership to help meet all the basic physical needs of the young person on a daily basis.

– To proivde leadership and guidance to support decision making that is always in the best interests of the young people and the organisation; actively monitoring and providing feedback to individuals and line manager.

To be considered for this great opportunity as a Deputy Home Manager, you will need the following:

– NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children and Young people or NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce
– Full driving licence
– 2 years experience
– Willing to work unsocial hours, flexible and self-motivated
