Recruitment specialists expand into Stoke-On-Trent

A recruitment company which specialises in health and social care has opened its first branch in Stoke-on-Trent.

N-Trust Care Services Limited was set-up in Wolverhampton in 2014 as a recruitment agency serving organisations across the West Midlands.

Today the company, which operates 24/7, provides four distinct services, including recruitment for the health and social care sector, community care, permanent recruitment and training.

Now the agency has opened a new office, in Old Hall Street, Hanley, in partnership with fellow recruitment company gap personnel.

The new facility will act as a hub for the North West and will allow the company to further expand its reach into Cheshire, Chester and North Wales.

N-Trust founder John Coyne said: “In Wolverhampton, we have developed a business model which works, we have gained our CQC registration and now we want to replicate that here in Stoke-on-Trent. We have identified a need for our service in this area and that has partly developed from the relationships we have with our existing clients. Our new office will also mean that we can expand into new areas, while still allowing us to access support from our Wolverhampton office and gap personnel. We are a local business providing services to other local businesses and that remains our core focus.”

The company is currently looking to employ three new members of staff to help establish the Hanley office – and realise John’s plans to grow the business.

He added: “I want to double the size of the organisation through organic growth and possible acquisition. And eventually, I want to see a whole host of N-Trust branches and satellite offices across the country.”

Branch manager Sue Deaville has been appointed to oversee the running of the new hub.

She said: “N-Trust is an established healthcare agency and my role will be to help develop the business in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. Our CQC registration opens up a lot of opportunities for us, so now we want to retain and grow our list of active candidates. We would encourage people who are looking for temporary or permanent positions to come and register with us.”

Lucy Emery, who is branch manager at gap personnel, which now shares its Stoke-on-Trent office with N-Trust, added: “We are pleased to be able to support John and his team at our offices and we’re happy to help provide support to candidates during their application process.”
