N-Trust becomes a member of AoHT

N-Trust Care Services are proud to announce that we recently became a member of AoHT, Association of Healthcare Trainers. In doing so, we have made a full commitment to abide by their code of ethics and join other committed individual Trainers, Training Providers, Care Providers, Charitable Trusts and Professional Bodies, who together form the AoHT members Directory.

We see this as another declaration of our commitment to quality, further enhancing our value added service not only to our own staff but to ALL our extended clients and most importantly, the service users under their charge.

Ashley Hall, our dedicated in-house trainer, is pictured here with a group of enthusiastic delegates, engaged on a full day of “REFRESHER” training. Small groups of this nature are typical on this course as they provide for greater intimacy and personal engagement with experienced staff, enabling them to share their insight and raise questions in a secure environment.

All our courses are classroom based, trainer led and include a review of learning, post course, which demands a minimum level of competency to be achieved before any certification is authorised.  Every effort is made to ensure that our staff are “fit for purpose” prior to being deployed to support any service and trainer feedback is an essential element in our assessment process.

We cover all Mandatory elements, Meds awareness and the Care Certificate on a regular basis, accommodating for specialist or clinical courses through our professional partnerships on a case by case basis. Most recently we have seen a spike in demand for DoLS and MCA training, coming from a diverse group of clients responding to market pressures.

We have responded quickly and positively to these demands unilaterally and are also able to provide bespoke options, depending on your service, environment and number of delegates. We can cater for groups of up to 15 delegates within our dedicated training suite.

Our offices are based within the centre of Wolverhampton, offering easy access by car or public transport. We have a fully equipped kitchen and breakout area and all the local conveniences and amenities expected of a City Centre location.
